FAQ

Emergency electrician questions

Do you have an after-hours electrician in Perth?

Yes. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, and outside those hours we run a 24/7 emergency roster for urgent faults. Call 0485 085 085.

What counts as an electrical emergency?

Total loss of power that isn't a street outage, a burning smell, sparking, scorched power points or switches, an RCD that won't reset, water in electrical fittings, or storm damage to wiring.

How do I know if it's a Western Power outage?

If your neighbours are also out, it is likely a network outage. Check Western Power's outage map or call their faults line on 13 13 51. If it's only your property, call us.

How much is an emergency call-out?

After-hours work is charged at after-hours rates. We tell you the call-out price on the phone before anyone is sent out, so there are no surprises.

Tell us what you need. We’ll give you a straight answer.
